(2.) THE petitioner has filed the instant petition under Article 226 of the Constitution for quashing order dated 31.5.2005 (P-6) whereby his claim for regularisation of service has been rejected. A further prayer has been made to direct the respondents to regularise his services w.e.f. 31.1.1996 and to pay all consequential benefits on the basis of policy instructions of the State, dated 27.5.1993, 7.3.1996, 18.3.1996 and 1.10.2003 (P-1 to P-4) respectively.
