JUDGEMENT

(1.) The petitioner claims that he has been granted a route permit which is valid for plying his buses from Nangal to Ludhiana via Ramgarh, Ladowal, Kadian, Kutbewal, Bhatian, Chowk Jullunder Bypass, Clock Tower, Railway Station, Bharat Nagar Chowk.

(2.) The grievance of the petitioner has nothing to do with the permit allotted to him. His grievance is that some other persons are plying on the route, which has been assigned to the petitioner without a valid permit. In this behalf, it is pointed out that although the petitioner had moved a representation dated 8.10.2005 (Annexure P-2), no action has been taken by the official respondents against such persons, who are plying vehicles on the route assigned to the petitioner illegally.

(3.) We are disinclined to exercise our jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the prayer made by the petitioner.
