JUDGEMENT

(1.) THIS is an application filed under Order XXIII Rule 3 read with Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, for permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file a fresh one. Notice of the application. Mr. Rakesh Verma, AAG, Punjab, who is present in the Court, accepts notice. After hearing learned counsel for the parties, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the petitioner shall be at liberty to file a fresh petition on the same cause of action, if he fails to succeed before the departmental authorities.
