(2.) NOTICE of motion. Shri B.S.Sewak, Senior Deputy Advocate General, Punjab, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. Admittedly, the petitioner is a Stage Carriage Permit holder. It's bus met with an accident and the same became unfit for use and accordingly, it was declared condemned. The petitioner, thereafter, purchased a new bus and moved an application to the competent authority to enter the same against its permit. The said application is pending for the last about 7 months and no action been taken thereon.
