ON 1.5.2006, learned counsel for the petitioner has requested for an adjournment to enable him to place on record documents showing that the substantive post held by the petitioner as well as one Shri Ram Kishan is that of A.C. Plant Operator and, therefore, they were required to be given same pay scale of Rs. 1200- 2040.
