JUDGEMENT

(1.) VIDE order, under challenge, application of the petitioner, to frame additional issue, was dismissed. Court below has given definite finding that the controversy now raised by the petitioner is fully covered by the issues already framed. It has further been held that the application seems to have been filed with a view to delay the proceedings. No case is made out for interference.
