IN a civil suit filed by the plaintiff-petitioner, the learned Additional Civil Judge (Senior Division), Karnal passed a well reasoned order dated 5.8.2004 thereby directing the parties to maintain status quo regarding possession over the subject property. The petitioner accepted that order for almost about two years and thereafter filed an appeal against the same on 1.5.2006 which has since been dismissed by the learned Additional District Judge, Karnal vide his order dated 4.5.2006, mainly on the ground Civil Revision No.2686 of 2006 -: 2 :- that the same was barred by limitation.
