JUDGEMENT

(1.) IT is apparent from the report made by the Warrant Officer that two persons, namely, Parbhat Kumar and Deepak Kumar, were found sitting in the Police Station. As no case was pending against them, they were allowed to leave the Police Station on asking of the Warrant Officer. In view of this, present writ petition has become infructuous and the same is disposed of accordingly. Petitioner may, if so advised, avail any other appropriate remedy, as may be available to him.
