(2.) THE relief claimed by the petitioner in the present petition has also been claimed by the petitioner by filing a representation (Annexure P5). It is prayed that the respondents be directed to decide the representation. Mr. Pradip Bhandari, learned counsel for the Improvement Trust Hoshiarpur, submits that the resolution passed by the Improvement Trust has been suspended by the Government and, therefore, as long as the matter is not decided by the Government, the Improvement Trust would not be in a position to decide the representation.
