JUDGEMENT

(1.) Petitioner's wife is an accused in a complaint under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act for dishonour of cheque. The petitioner sought to implicate the complainant in a forgery case by alleging that the cheque was unauthorisedly used.. Respondents No.2 and 3 have been granted anticipatory bail.

(2.) I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

(3.) Without expressing any opinion on merits, no ground is made out for cancelling the order of anticipatory bail. Petition is dismissed.
