THE prayer made in the writ petition is for issuance of direction to the respondents to grant Patient Care Allowance/ Hospital Patient Care allowance to the petitioners being Group 'C' and 'D' Combatised Hospital Staff along with all consequential benefits. For the aforementioned relief claimed in the present writ petition, the petitioners have already got served a legal notice dated 23.4.2006 (P-11), upon the respondents.
