JUDGEMENT

(1.) PETITIONER Balwant Singh, who is accused in case FIR No. 61 dated 4.5.2003 under Sections 406/498A/506/109 IPC, registered at Police Station Talwandi Sabo, District Bathinda, has filed this petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for quashing of order dated 18.8.2006, passed by Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Talwandi Sabo, District Bathinda, whereby his application under Section 311of the Code for re-calling the complainant for further cross-examination has been dismissed. After arguing for some time, counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw this petition. Dismissed as withdrawn.
