(2.) THROUGH the instant writ petition, the petitioner has impugned the recording of the Annual Confidential Report for the year 2001-02 wherein his integrity was recorded as doubtful. The petitioner has also challenged the order dated 11.10.2002 whereby he was required to deposit the amount of Rs.19340/- with the respondent bank. On being asked repeatedly, learned counsel for the petitioner continued to re-iterate that the Annual Confidential Report for the year 2001-02 was communicated to the petitioner in the year 2002.
