AMAN KUMAR Vs. STATE OF HARYANA

Decided On March 23, 2006
AMAN KUMAR Appellant
V/S
STATE OF HARYANA Respondents

JUDGEMENT

(1.) IT is apparent from the record that initially, bail was granted to the petitioner. However, subsequently, he failed to appear before the trial Court on September 8, 2004. Accordingly, his bail bonds were cancelled. Counsel states that it was first default of the petitioner. A lenient view could have been taken, if the petitioner had come to this Court immediately after commission of default. No case is made out for grant of anticipatory bail. Dismissed.
