THE only prayer made by the petitioner in the instant petition is that against the order dated December 22, 2003 passed by respondent No.2 for recovery from the salary of the petitioner, a statutory appeal has been preferred by him on January 27, 2004. THE appeal is pending since then before respondent No.1 and it is not being decided despite repeated requests. Notice of motion. On our asking, Mr. Harish Rathee, Senior Deputy Advocate General, Haryana, who is present in Court, accepts notice. Three copies of the writ petition have been handed over to him.
