JUDGEMENT

(1.) On 8.7.1999, this court passed the following order :-

(2.) No request has been made for listing of the main case ever since the passing of the aforesaid order. Be that as it may, learned counsel for the petitioner now seeks further time to obtain instructions from his client.

(3.) It is not possible for us to accept the prayer made at the hands of learned counsel for the petitioner. The main case is, accordingly, dismissed for reasons of non-prosecution.
