JUDGEMENT

(1.) VIDE order under challenge, application of the petitioner under Order 21 Rule 32 C.P.C. (wrongly termed as an application under Order 39 Rule 2-A CPC) was dismissed. It is apparent from the record that for alleged violation of the judgment in his favour, petitioner has failed to bring on record any evidence despite nine opportunities given to him. In view of findings given by the Court below, in paras No. 15 and 16 of the order under challenge, no case is made out for interference. Dismissed.
