JUDGEMENT

(1.) THE challenge in the present revision is to the order passed by the learned District Judge, Yamuna Nagar, on 16.2.2005 whereby the order passed by the learned trial Court directing the petitioner to affix ad valorem court-fees was affirmed in appeal.

(2.) THE plaintiff has filed a suit for declaration claiming that the plaintiff is owner in possession of land measuring 18 kanals 19 marlas and that the decree dated 6.11.1993 passed by Sub Judge Ist Class, Jagadhari, is wrong, illegal, null and void and not binding on the rights of the plaintiff.
