PETITIONER, Gram Panchayat of Village Bhandson, has filed this writ petition with a prayer that the amount of grant, sanctioned for construction of a local bus-stand/shed, be disbursed in its favour. It is case of the petitioner that the bus-stand is going to be constructed within the territory of village Bhandson and in a very arbitrary manner, to construct that bus-stand, amount of grant is going to be disbursed in favour of respondent No.6.
