JUDGEMENT

(1.) LEARNED State counsel has placed on record a copy of communication dated 19.11.1992, which shows that the petitioner has been issued an appointment letter by the District Education Officer on 8.10.1992 as an Art and Craft Teacher and she has been posted in Government Middle School,Gadrana (Sirsa). The copy of the appointment letter (coolly) has also been placed on record as Mark 'A'.

(2.) IN view of the above, nothing survives for adjudication in these proceedings as the prayer made in the writ petition is for appointment as an Art and Craft Teacher,therefore, the same is rendered infructuous and is dismissed as such.
