JUDGEMENT

(1.) AFTER hearing counsel for the petitioners, this Court feels that at this stage, no case is made out for interference and to quash F.I.R as prayed by the petitioners. Counsel informs this Court that the petitioners are on bail. Keeping in view the fact that the petitioners are ladies, it is ordered that their personal appearance before the trial Court is exempted except when their presence is specifically needed by the trial Court. Petitioners shall not raise any objection regarding recording of evidence in their absence. Disposed of.
