JUDGEMENT

(1.) COUNSEL for the petitioner contends that the petitioner has been falsely implicated. Only a lalkara and abuses have been attributed to him. The gun shot and other injuries have been attributed to Sahib Singh and Gurcharan Singh etc. Notice of motion to Advocate General, Punjab for 29.8.2006. Meanwhile, in the event of arrest of the petitioner, he shall be released on interim anticipatory bail by the Arresting Officer to his satisfaction, subject to the following conditions :-
