(2.) THE writ petition filed by the tenant petitioner was dismissed by this Court vide order dated May 16, 2006. THE present application has been filed by the petitioner seeking a review/recall of the aforesaid order. It has been pleaded in the application that in pursuance to a liberty granted to the landlord vide order dated April 27,2006 passed in CWP No.4607 of 2006, the landlord has already initiated proceedings for re-transfer of the property and has offered to make payment of all the outstanding dues, as required by law. It is further pleaded by the applicant that in the aforesaid proceedings the landlord has asked for the eviction of the tenant-applicant.
