JUDGEMENT

(1.) COUNSEL for the petitioners contends that the petitioners are father-in-law and mother-in-law of the main accused. The dispute, is between the husband and wife. No substantial grievance has been raised against the petitioners.

(2.) NOTICE of motion to Advocate General, Haryana, for 4.9.2006. Meanwhile, in the event of arrest of the petitioners, they shall be released on interim anticipatory bail by the Arresting Officer to his satisfaction, subject to the following conditions :-
