V/S
STATE OF HARYANA Respondents

JUDGEMENT

(1.) (ORAL)

(2.) THIS petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution prays for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari quashing order dated 6.9.2006 (P-4) whereby the petitioner has been transferred from Government High School, Sikri, Karnal to Government Middle School, Bairsal, Karnal. A further prayer has been made to direct the respondents to allow the petitioner to continue at his present place of posting i.e. Government High School, Sikri, Karnal. It is appropriate to mention here that the petitioner has already preferred a representation dated 13.9.2006 (P-5) against the aforementioned impugned order. The Headmaster of the Government High School, Sikri, Karnal, vide his letter dated 13.9.2006 (P-6) pointed out to respondent No. 2 that the petitioner had already joined at the aforementioned School on 5.8.2006 in pursuance to earlier order dated 20.7.2006 (P-1) and in the subsequent order dated 6.9.2006 he has been wrongly shown to be under transfer. The Headmaster has further pointed out that in view of the strength of students and on the basis of work load, the petitioner cannot be relieved.
