JUDGEMENT

(1.) COUNSEL for the petitioners contends that petitioner no.1 has been attributed a kick blow on the door, whereas petitioner no.2 has been attributed a dang blow to the calf of the complainant. It is contended that the petitioners have also lodged a cross version, which has not been registered.

(2.) NOTICE of motion to Advocate General, Punjab, for 28.8.2006. Meanwhile, in the event of arrest of the petitioners, they shall be released on interim anticipatory bail by the Arresting Officer to his satisfaction, subject to the following conditions :-
