(2.) RESPONDENTS No.2 and 3 have raised a preliminary objection with regard to territorial jurisdiction of this Court. It has been claimed that the main relief claimed by the petitioner is against the aforesaid respondents and this Court does not have any territorial jurisdiction over the said respondents.
