JUDGEMENT

(1.) THE petitioner is in custody for the last about eight months as undertrial. Prosecution has relied upon statement of one Rakesh as evidence of last seen. Reliance is also placed on alleged recovery of ornaments of Sonu from the petitioner. Without expressing any opinion on merits, no case is made out for bail at this stage. Petition is dismissed. However, the trial will be expedited.
