JUDGEMENT

(1.) THE petitioners lodged FIR while respondent No.3 lodged his counter version. Quashing is sought on the ground that the view of the investigating agency was in favour of the petitioners after three officers independently looked into the matter and therefore, counter version could not be recorded. This contention cannot be accepted at this stage. Any view taken by the investigating agency cannot be accepted as final for being acted upon as a basis for quashing. THE petition is dismissed. However, the petitioners will be at liberty to raise all contentions before the trial court in accordance with law and this order will not be treated as expression of any opinion on the merits of the case.
