JUDGEMENT

(1.) IN this writ petition, petitioner has laid challenge to various orders passed against him. IN written statement, it has been stated that against all these orders, appeal is competent and one such appeal filed by the petitioner is also pending before the competent Court. By referring to the contents of Guarantee Deed, Annexure P/3, counsel for the petitioner has tried to raise an argument that the same was result of a fraud. This fact has vehemently been controverted by counsel appearing for respondent No.1. This Court feels that such like disputed questions cannot be gone into in a writ petition. Dismissed.
