JUDGEMENT

(1.) COUNSEL for the petitioners contends that the FIR was lodged by the petitioners side. In the cross case, lodged by the respondents,wherein allegations are totally false, the petitioners are sought to be arrested. As to which of the parties was the aggressor, would be determined, on the basis of evidence. It is contended that injuries inflicted by the petitioners are simple in nature.

(2.) NOTICE of motion to Advocate General, Punjab for 4.8.2006. To be heard alongwith Crl.Misc.No.28392-M of 2006. Meanwhile, in the event of arrest of the petitioners, they shall be released on interim anticipatory bail by the Arresting Officer to his satisfaction, subject to the following conditions :-
