THE prayer made in the writ petition is for issuance of direction to the respondents to quash order dated September 23, 1997 (P-2), vide which the services of the petitioner were terminated w.e.f. February 2, 1991, and to grant all consequential benefits including suspension allowance, gratuity pension etc. For the aforementioned relief claimed in the present writ petition, the petitioner has already got served a legal notice dated January 3, 2006 (P-1).
