JUDGEMENT

(1.) PETITIONER Kuldeep Singh has filed this petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for quashing of case FIR No. 110 dated 25.6.2006 under Section 15/61/85 of the NDPS Act, registered at Police Station Sultanpur Lodhi, District Kapurthala. After arguing for some time, counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw this petition with liberty to approach senior police officers about registration of false case. Dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
