(2.) NOTICE of motion to the respondents. On the asking of Court, Shri Ashok Jindal, Additional Advocate General, Haryana accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. The petitioner claims himself to be an oustee and as such entitled to allotment of plot under the oustee s quota. He claims that after the acquisition of his land, he had applied for allotment of the aforesaid plot, although a long period had elapsed but the necessary relief to the petitioner has not been granted so far.
