JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard.

(2.) Offence alleged is under sections 420/467/468/471/506/120-B IPC. Case of the prosecution is that Pala Ram and Baljit Singh unauthorizedly sold property belonging to the complainant on the basis of power of attorney executed by Smt.Rajo by impersonating as Sunehari Devi complainant.

(3.) Counsel for the petitioner submits that Pala Ram, Baljit Singh and Rajo have been arrested and are in custody and Mai Chand, in whose favour sale deed has been executed, has also been granted anticipatory bail.
