(2.) NOTICE of motion to A.G. Haryana. Mr. Harish Rathee, Sr. DAG, Haryana, who is present in the Court accepts notice on the asking of the Court. The grievance made by the petitioner is that the respondents have not been conducting inquiry proceedings against the petitioner in accordance with law and that is being done in order to deprive the petitioner his legitimate right of promotion. The persons junior to the petitioner have been promoted, as has been pointed out in sub-para (vi) of para 11 of the writ petition. The petitioner has disclosed that Sarv Shri Mukat Chand Modi and Inderjit Arora have been promoted on the post of Deputy Superintendent by superseding the superior claim of the petitioner.
