(1.) NOTICE of the application to AG, Punjab. Mr. Rakesh Verma, AAG, Punjab, appearing for the respondents accepts notice. Learned counsel for the applicant states that the relief sought for in the writ petition has been granted to the petitioner and, therefore, no lis survive between the parties. Accordingly he prays for withdrawal of the writ petition, which has been rendered infructuous. Ordered accordingly.
