JUDGEMENT

(1.) Petitioner Baldev Singh apprehending his arrest in a non-bailable offence in case FIR No. 39 dated 5.3.2006 registered under Sections 323/326/34 Indian Penal Code at Police Station Ajnala, Police District Majitha, has filed this petition under Sec. 438 Code Criminal Procedure for grant of anticipatory bail.

(2.) I have heard the counsel for the parties and gone through the contents of the FIR.

(3.) This order be read in continuation of the earlier order dated Aug. 3, 2006 passed by this Court.
