JUDGEMENT

(1.) COUNSEL for the petitioner contends that the case was initially registered, under Sections 323/324/34 of the IPC. Consequently, the petitioner was released on regular bail. Thereafter, upon a second medical opinion by the doctor, Section 326 of the IPC was added and the petitioner is now sought to be arrested.

(2.) NOTICE of motion to A.G.Haryana for 17.8.2006. Meanwhile, in the event of her arrest, the petitioner shall be released on interim anticipatory bail by the Arresting Officer to his satisfaction, subject to the following conditions :-
