LEARNED counsel for the petitioner has stated, that it was on the asking of the petitioner and the complaint of the petitioner, as per Annexure P1 that the department came to know of the new wheat to be changed by old wheat which was stored in the godown at P.R.Centre, Bahadurgarh. LEARNED counsel for the State has argued that the case against the petitioner has been filed on the basis of documents which the learned trial Court has got to still go into.
