JUDGEMENT

(1.) The petitioners apprehending their arrest in a non-bailable offence in case FIR No.99 dated 2.8.2006 registered under Sections 420/465/467/468/471/506/120-B IPC at Police Station Sadar Nabha, has filed this petition under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of anticipatory bail.

(2.) I have heard the counsel for the parties and gone through the contents of the FIR. Counsel for the petitioners contends that in terms of the interim order dated September 28, 2006, the petitioners have joined the investigation. This fact has not been disputed by the State counsel.

(3.) In view of the above, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the interim order dated September 28, 2006 is made absolute.
