LEARNED counsel for the petitioner has placed reliance on a certificate issued by the All India Institute of Medical Sciences and Hospital, New Delhi, wherein it is certified that the petitioner does not suffer from heart disease of Tachycardia . To the same effect is the certificate issued by the Escorts Hospital and Research Centre Ltd., Faridabad. LEARNED counsel for the petitioner has offered to undergo any fresh medical test to be conducted by the Medical Board constituted by the respondents. The aforementioned offer has been accepted by the learned counsel for the respondents. In view of above, let the petitioner appear before the Medical Board to be constituted by the respondents on 7.8.2006. Writ petition disposed of in the above terms.
