JUDGEMENT

(1.) THIS application has been moved under Section 482 Cr.P.C. with a prayer to quash order dated 28.2.2001 (P/4) and order dated 22.12.2004(P/5), vide which, charge sheet was framed against the petitioner. It is apparent from the records that when charge was framed, the said order was not challenged, as such, the same has become final. In view of this, no case is made out for interference. Dismissed.
