JUDGEMENT

(1.) COUNSEL for the petitioner contends that his co-accused has already been granted anticipatory bail, by this Court, vide order dated 30.5.2006, passed in Crl.Misc.No.18250-M of 2006. It is further contended that the petitioner was not even present at the spot and has been implicated subsequently, pursuant to a supplementary statement.

(2.) NOTICE of motion to Advocate General, Haryana, for 24.8.2006. Meanwhile, in the event of arrest of the petitioner, he shall be released on interim anticipatory bail by the Arresting Officer to his satisfaction, subject to the following conditions :-
