JUDGEMENT

(1.) THE Petitioner along with the other co-accused are alleged to have taken Rs. 9 lacs from the complaint for sending him to Canada. Out of this amount, Rs. 4,80,000/- was paid to the petitioner Karamjit Singh and Balwinder Singh. Learned Counsel submits that the co-accused Karamjit Singh had already been granted bail by the trial Court.

(2.) COUNSEL for State that Karamjit Singh was granted regular bail and that Balwinder Singh has been granted interim anticipatory bail.
