(2.) THE prayer made in the writ petition is for issuance of direction to the respondent Department to forward the application of the petitioner for appointment as Care Taker Associate N.C.C. Officer to the Commanding Officer, 15rh Haryana Battalion NCC, Jind (respondent No.5) keeping in view the relevant provisions of National Cadet Cores (Girls Division) Rules, 1949, with a further direction to allow the petitioner to take training for becoming a NCC Officer as she fulfils all the requisite eligibility conditions/ qualifications for appointment as Care Taker Associate NCC Officer under Rule 13 of the aforesaid Rules.
