(2.) THE petitioner claims that a certificate of Secondary School Examination was issued to her which contained incorrect details. THE aforesaid certificate was submitted by the petitioner to the National Institute of Open Schooling for correction in the year 2003. However, no action has been taken thereafter so far. From the perusal of the record, we find that the petitioner has already filed a representation (Annexure P.4) which still remains unresponded.
