(2.) NOTICE of motion to the respondents. On the asking of Court, Shri Sukhdip Singh Brar, Additional Advocate General, Punjab accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. The grievance made by the petitioner contractor is that although a running payment, as claimed by the petitioner in the present petition, is payable to the petitioner contractor forthwith but the said payment is not being released.
