THE petitioner filed CWP No.16321 of 2005 which was disposed of by a Division Bench of this Court on October 18, 2005 with the direction that the petitioner may make a representation within one week which shall be considered by the competent authority within 10 days thereafter. Non compliance of the aforesaid order prompted the petitioner to initiate the contempt proceedings.
