JUDGEMENT

(2.) Offence alleged is under sections 363/366/372/376/406/120-B/ 506/34 IPC. The petitioner was earlier exonerated and has been summoned under section 319 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. He is alleged to have facilitated rape by making misrepresentation to the prosecutrix that she was needed for treatment of his son and this misrepresentation induced the prosecutrix to come out of the house.

(3.) Without expressing any final opinion on merits, the petitioner is granted bail to the satisfaction of CJM/ Duty Magistrate, Narnaul. The petition is disposed of.
